Désormais, il fait fureur dans les petits plats de cuisine moderne avec son goût entre la pomme de terre et la patate douce, c'est un délice quand il est bouilli pour garder toute sa saveur !&lt;br /&gt;Il est ici accompagné d'une escalope de poulet avec des clémentines du Maroc saisies à la poêle, puis une petite purée ! C'était très bon en tout cas !&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 153, 0);"&gt;A très vite !&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 102, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;Voici ma recette pour 2 :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dans un saladier, mélangez 50 g. de farine, 40 g. de beurre et 80 g. de mimolette vieille coupée en petits morceaux jusqu'à obtention d'une pâte grossière.&lt;br /&gt;Hachez 20 g. de noisettes.&lt;br /&gt;Coupez les feuilles de 2 endives (sans le cône amer de la base) en lamelles ainsi que des lanières de jambon (2 tranches). Salez et mélangez pour les disposer au fond d'un plat. Les saupoudrer de la pâte et des noisettes pilées.&lt;br /&gt;Préparez une sauce avec de la ciboulette (15 brins), de la crème fraîche épaisse (15 cl.), du vinaigre balsamique (3 c.). Réservez au chaud. Dans une poêle, faire revenir de l'ail et des concombres coupés en demi-lune en gardant 1 pelure de concombre sur 2. Dès que le concombre devient transparent, rajoutez le porc et les oignons puis versez un demi-verre d'eau avec 3-4 cuillères de sauce soja. Laissez mijoter et le tour est joué ! Laissez cuire le tout pendant 10 min. pour une bonne cuisson.&lt;br /&gt;Ensuite, versez 2 verres d'eau et laissez mijoter à feu doux.  Rajoutez les légumes au choix,  en continuant de saupoudrer d'aromates selon votre goût. Pour finir, saupoudrez de canelle et nappez un peu de miel. Laissez cuire le tout pendant 1 heure voire plus.&lt;br /&gt;Voilà, on retrouve les mêmes couleurs que le précédent tajine mais le goût est totalement différent, plus ensoleillé encore ! Intercalez entre chaque couche de légumes, des épices comme le safran, le cumin ou tout ce qui vous plaira !
